Brazil elects first female president
STORY HIGHLIGHTS
  • NEW: "My mission is to eradicate poverty," Rousseff says in victory speech
  • Dilma Rousseff wins against Jose Serra in a runoff
  • She's a a former left-wing guerrilla fighter turned chief of staff

Brazil's new president-elect vowed to continue her predecessor's move to fight against inequality and promote human rights and fight poverty in her victory speech Sunday night. "My mission is to eradicate poverty," Dilma Rousseff said after the country's Supreme Electoral Tribunal declared her the winner in Sunday's runoff election.
As the nation's first woman to hold the office, Rousseff said she has a mission to fight for more gender equality in Brazil.
"I hope the fathers and mothers of little girls will look at them and say yes, women can."
Rousseff -- President Luiz Inacio da Silva's right-hand woman -- has served as his chief of staff.
Previously, as energy minister, she claims to have helped turn Brazil into one of the world's leading energy giants.
A left-wing guerrilla fighter during the military dictatorship rule in the 1960s, Rousseff said during a congressional hearing that she was "barbarically tortured" after she was charged with subversion by the military regime.
Her opponent, Jose Serra, also suffered persecution during Brazil's military rule and was forced into exile during the 1960s.
A centrist politician, he served as health minister during Fernando Henrique Cardoso's government. He recently left his job as governor of Brazil's richest state, Sao Paulo, to run for presidency.
Millions of voters lined up across Brazil's vast territory to vote in the heated runoff.
In 60 Brazilian cities, voters used their thumbs instead of ballots on a newly launched biometric system, where voters scan their fingers to log in and vote.
TSE officials said all regions, however remote, will have the ubiquitous electronic voting machine. In indigenous areas in the Amazon, these voting machines were delivered by boats and helicopters. It costs the state of Amazonas 5 million reais. (U.S. $3 million) to place the voting machines.
One of the most challenging trajectories, officials said, is the one to Sao Gabriel da Cachoeira, a densly-forested area in the Amazon.
"There, our electronic machines first leave Manaus by plane," said Pedro Batista, TSE Director for the Amazon.
"It's loaded onto a helicopter, and then travels by boat before being carried on some one's back for a long walk to a remote village," he said.
In Sao Paulo, Brazil's largest city, voters faced heavy rains and threats of flooding.

Four US mega-artists are to fight it out in the Best International category which sees Rihanna representing the gals against Eminem, Drake and Rick Ross in the ultimate urban music face-off.
Two new categories in 2010 have broadened the scope of artists eligible for the MAMA. The Best Francophone category sees Gabon enter the MAMA race for the first time with a nomination for Ba Ponga, while Senegalese artist Awadi and Ivory Coast‘s DJ Arafat also pick up their first ever MAMA nominations. Angolan artists Cabo Snoop and Paul G pick up nominations in the Best Lusophone category alongside Mozambique’s hip hop queens Lizha James and Dama do Bling.
Commented Alex Okosi, “This year’s MAMA is even more representative of the growth of the pan-African music scene and the added emphasis on Lusophone and Francophone artists makes this the most exciting MAMA nominations race that we have seen so far. We congratulate all the artists on their nominations and wish them success on December 11th in Lagos.”
Commented Andre Beyers, Chief Marketing Officer, Airtel Africa, “The nominations today have shown the universality of music and the fact all genres strike a chord and a cross-over appeal with Africa’s youth regardless of their nationality. We are happy to be associated with a platform that recognises and celebrates the rich musical heritage that positively depicts culture from across Africa.”
The nominees for the 2010 MTV Africa Music Awards with Zain were shortlisted by the MAMA Academy – a handpicked group of music industry experts and taste makers from across the African continent. When you feel all is lost. ...

A hard rain has just fallen
and washed your dreams away.
It drowned out all your hopes
and it seems it's here to stay.
It can't remain forever,
that cloud will soon pass by.
For it's just a darkened blemish
in the never ending sky.
The sun will always be there
after each and every rain.
To dry up all your teardrops
and melt away your pain.
The Lord will be the sunshine
that brightens your despair.
no matter what your problem,
just place it in God's care.

U.N. urges Iraq to ratify convention againsttorture

http://www.bigextracash.com/aft/8728b3cb.html

The United Nations on Saturday urged Iraq to
ratify the organization's convention against
torture "in the nearest future."
Ad Melkert, special U.N. representative in Iraq,
called on Iraq "to intensify monitoring and
investigating allegations of ill-treatment and
torture of detainees and prisoners" to make
sure those responsible for such actions are
held accountable.
"Iraqi has come a long way in recognizing
human rights as a priority for building a
democratic state where human dignity is
preserved and protected but there is yet much
more to be done," Melkert said.
The request was made on the annual
International Day in Support of Victims of
Torture.
So far, 147 countries have ratified the
Convention against Torture and Other Cruel,
Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or
Punishment; 45 U.N.-member nations,
including Iraq, have not yet signed.
The convention calls on nations "to make
torture a crime and to prosecute and punish
those guilty of it."

Marriage

this is what normally happens before and
after marriages. but not in all cases
before marriage read from the top , &
after marriage read from the bottom
Before marriage.....
He: Yes. At last. It was so hard to wait.
She: Do you want me to leave?
He: No! Don't even think about it.. ... See
More
She: Do you love me?
He: Of course! Over and over!
She: Have you ever cheated on me?
He: No! Why are you even asking?
She: Will you kiss me?
He: Every chance I get.
She: Will you hit me?
He: Are you crazy! I'm not that kind of
person!
She: Can I trust you?
He: Yes.
She: Darling!
After marriage....

Why I sacked my secretary

This is a true story.... Last week was my
40th birthday and i really didn ’t feel like
waking up that morning. I managed to pull
myself together and go downstairs for
breakfast, hoping my wife would be
pleasant and say, “Happy Birthday!”, and
possibly have a small present for me. As it
turned out, she barely said good morning,
let alone “Happy Birthday.” I thought…
Well, that’s marriage for you, but the kids…
They will remember.
My kids came trampling down the stairs to
breakfast, ate their breakfast, and didn ’t
say a word to me. So when I made it out
of the house and started for work, I felt
pretty dumpy and despondent.
As I walked into my office, my secretary
Joanne said, “Good Morning Boss, and by
the way Happy Birthday!” It felt a bit
better knowing that at least someone
remembered. I worked in a zombie like
fashion until about one o ’clock, when
Joanne knocked on my door and said,
“ You know, it’s such a beautiful day
outside, and it’s your Birthday, why don’t
we go out for lunch, just you and me.” I
said, “Thanks, Joanne, that’s the best thing
I’ve heard all day. Let’s go!”
We went to lunch but not where we’d
normally go. Instead she took me to a
quiet bistro with a private table. We had a
couple of mixed drinks and I enjoyed the
meal tremendously. On the way back to
the office, Joanne said, “You know, It’s
such a beautiful day… We don’t have to go
right back to the office, do we?” I replied
with “I suppose not. What do you have in
mind?” She said, “Let’s go to my
apartment, it’s just around the corner.”
After arriving at her apartment, Joanne
turned to me and said, “Boss if you don’t
mind, I’m goinna to step into the bedroom
for just a moment. I’ll be right back.” “Ok.”
I nervously replied. She went into the
bedroom and, after a couple of minutes,
she came out carrying a huge birthday
cake …
Followed by my wife, my kids, and dozens
of my friends, and co-workers, all singing
“ Happy Birthday”. & by this time i was
already naked watin 4 the unusual thing
to take place...........lol

STRONG WORDS...

The less you associate with some people, the
more your life will improve.
Any time you tolerate mediocrity in others, it
increases your mediocrity. An important
attribute in successful people is their
impatience with negative thinking and
negative acting people. As you grow, your
associates will change. Some of your friends
will not want you to go on. They will want
you to stay where they are. Friends that
don't help you climb will want you to crawl.
Your friends will stretch your vision or choke
your dream. Those that don't increase you
will eventually decrease you.
Consider this: Never receive counsel from
unproductive people.
Never discuss your problems with someone
incapable of contributing to the solution,
because those who never succeed
themselves are always first to tell you how.
Not everyone has a right to speak into your
life. You are certain to get the worst of the
bargain when you exchange ideas with the
wrong person. Don't follow anyone who's
not going anywhere.
With some people you spend an evening:
with others you invest it. Be careful where
you stop to inquire for directions along the
road of life. Wise is the person who fortifies
his life with the right friendships. If you run
with wolves, you will learn how to howl. But,
if you associate with eagles, you will learn
how to soar to great heights. "A mirror
reflects a man's face, but what he is really like
is shown by the kind of friends he chooses."
The simple but true fact of life is that you
become like those with whom you closely
associate - for the good and the bad.
Note: Be not mistaken. This is applicable to
family as well as friends. Yes...do love,
appreciate and be thankful for your family,
for they will always be your family no matter
what. Just know that they are human first
and though they are family to you, they may
be a friend to someone else and will fit
somewhere in the criteria above.
"In Prosperity Our Friends Know Us. In
Adversity We Know Our Friends."
"Never make someone a priority when you
are only an option for them."
"If you are going to achieve excellence in big
things, you develop the habit in little matters.
Excellence is not an exception, it is a
prevailing attitude."

Valerie... A Love Letter...

We started as friends, now it's all a new 'feel' and as I look through every trend it sends to my spine a chill... In acts I have gone astray, truth be told I lost my way. But now I'll return to you for in your eyes I see the truth Spread your arms open I beckon - Open the bars of iron round about the boundaries of your heart Give me the lee way to make right all I have broken. I feel like I'll never measure up to who you see, but if I could be the perfect man in your eyes, I would give all I'm worth to be a part of your life. I have made it obvious This is what my heart says; I'm here to make it OK... Tell me will you let me? Valerie, Like butterfly wings, gently dancing away the day - such JOY I feel when your name is heard, my ears smile - from ear to ear. A sight to behold, beautiful beyond description... Valerie is Her name. I only wish you could see through my heart... I'm not so good with words and so I chose this love letter... Let's walk down the path together... Let's build castles in the air... Let's work together to put foundations under them... Now tell me... Will you let us?

Nigerian Coach Rue missed chances

Nigeria coach Lars Lagerback was left
rueing the missed chances that cost his
side victory over South Korea and
confirmed their World Cup elimination.
Striker Yakubu missed an open goal as
Nigeria could only manage a 2-2 draw with
South Korea, a result which handed the
Asian side a place in the last 16.
"I was disappointed about all the chances,"
said Lagerback.
"Mostly I feel disappointed and sad. It's the
results that count so there is not much to
say."
Nigeria would have become the first team
to lose their opening two games at a World
Cup and still progress to the last 16 had they
converted one of their chances to beat
South Korea late on.
But, after defeats by Argentina and Greece,
the Nigerian side were unable to take the
critical three points.
Yakubu scored a penalty to pull Nigeria level
at 2-2 in the second half, but the Everton
striker had missed an incredible
opportunity minutes earlier.
From four yards out Yakubu had an empty
net to aim at when the ball was pulled back
to him but he somehow caught the ball with
his heel and sent it skimming past the right
post - a miss former England striker Alan
Shearer called "the worst miss I have ever
seen".
And the profligacy continued, with
substitute Obafemi Martins running onto a
pass from Chinedu Obasi and chipping the
ball over the goalkeeper only to see it drift
just wide, while Kalu Uche also hit the post.
Despite his disappointment, Lagerback was
magnanimous in defeat.
"I can only congratulate the South Koreans,"
said Lagerback, who will have to watch on
in frustration as the Asian side take on
Uruguay in the last 16.
"I was a little bit sorry about all the time
wasting, I don't think it's fair play, but I
think the Nigeria players have done really
well.
"The players have done really well. They
worked hard over time."

Lindsay Lohan Scram

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. — Lindsay Lohan's
alcohol-monitoring bracelet got her in
trouble Tuesday with a judge who doubled
the actress' bail to $200,000.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha
Revel determined Lohan violated the terms
of her release after a closed-door meeting
with the actress' attorney and a prosecutor.
Revel did not detail the violation, but said
her decision was made after receiving
"results" issued by a court-ordered alcohol
monitor.
District Attorney's spokeswoman Shiara
Davila-Morales said it was an "alcohol-
related violation," but did not have further
details.
A source familiar with Lohan's case told The
Associated Press that the violation was
reported after the "Mean Girls" star
appeared at the MTV Movie Awards on
Sunday night.
Lohan was not present in court Tuesday,
but several denials of wrongdoing were
posted on the actress' Twitter account
shortly before and after the hastily called
hearing.
Lohan's $200,000 bail was posted less than
two hours after the hearing, a move that
quashed a bench warrant issued for the
actress' arrest by the judge.
Lohan's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley,
issued a statement Tuesday, saying the
device indicated the "presence of a small
amount of alcohol" on Sunday night.
"Having just received the report, I am not in
a position to speak to its accuracy or
validity, however Ms. Lohan maintains that
she has been in complete compliance with
all of the terms of her probation and her
bail," Chapman Holley said in a statement.
Lohan has been required to wear the device
since May, when she missed a court
hearing. Lohan is due back in court on July
6, when Revel will decide whether Lohan
has violated her probation.
Story continues below
Lohan, 23, is facing jail time if the judge
determines she has failed to comply with
the terms of her probation.
The actress has received multiple chances
and admonishments from the court, which
extended her probation in October by a
year after Lohan struggled to complete the
terms in time.
At the May hearing, Revel set Lohan's bail at
$100,000, which she revoked on Tuesday.
The judge also issued a bench warrant for
Lohan's arrest, but that may be quashed if
the actress is able to post the new bail
amount.
David Perez, a bail bondsman, posted
Lohan's $100,000 bail last month and said
he was not concerned with posting the
additional sum ordered Tuesday.
Authorities said they did not have
additional details on what Lohan's alcohol-
monitor registered in order to be found in
violation.
The bracelet is designed to test the skin for
alcohol every half hour by sampling a
person's perspiration. There are also
sensors that check for tampering.
Lohan appeared at the MTV awards show
on Sunday. She also attended at least one of
the show's after-parties.
She covered up the ankle monitor on the
show's red carpet by wearing long pants.
The actress has been on probation since
August 2007 after pleading guilty to
misdemeanor drug charges and no contest
to three driving charges.
Despite spending 84 minutes in jail and
performing mandatory service at the
county morgue, Lohan has repeatedly
struggled with the terms of her sentence. In
October, a judge extended her probation
for another year but Meyers warned the
actress she was facing jail time if she
violated her probation.
The extension was the third time Lohan
escaped punishment after her alcohol-
education program notified the court the
actress had violated its rules. Two of the
instances were described as
misunderstandings; the third was chalked
up to a busy work schedule.
Chapman Holley said Lohan missed the
hearing last month because her passport
had been stolen while the actress was at the
Cannes Film Festival.

EMBRACES OF HOPE

When you view life and circumstances through the lens of hope, you re-appraise the situations you find yourself in, and you then have power to leverage things in favor of better outcomes. You begin to see patterns of hope where others see dead ends. Give it some time, and you will start to see wonderful things hidden in the least likely places. Hope knows that no matter how dark the night, morning is on the way...

LOVE AND ANGER

It lay buried here, It lay deep inside me. It's so deep inside me, it's so deep, I don't think I can speak about it. It could take me all of my life but it would only take a moment to tell you what I'm feeling... But I don't know if I'm ready yet. You come walking into this room like you're walking into my arms... What would I do without you? Take away the love and the anger and a little piece of hope holding us together looking for a moment that'll never happen living in the gap between past and future. Take away the stone and the timber and a little piece of rope won't hold it together. We're building a house of the future together... What would we do without you? Well, if it's so deep, you don't think that you can speak about it... Just remember to reach out and touch the past and the future...

LOVE

http://syaziewazie.files.wordpress.com/2009/12/2091159828love.jpgIf I have the time to go to work, make money in order to sustain my family but have no Love, then I am a house keeper not a home maker...
If you have time for waxing, polishing, and decorating achievements, but have no love, your children learn cleanliness - not godliness.
Love leaves the dust in search of a child's laugh.

Love smiles at the tiny fingerprints on a newly cleaned window.

Love wipes away the tears before it wipes up the spilled milk.

Love picks up the child before it picks up the toys.

Love is present through the trials.

Love reprimands, reproves, and is responsive.

Love crawls with the baby, walks with the toddler, runs with the child, then stands aside to let the youth walk into adulthood.

Love gives joy the youth, comfort to the aging...
Love is the Ultimate and without it we miss the true essence of existence...

5 Easy Ways of Getting Closer to Your Partner

 http://espin086.files.wordpress.com/2009/08/dating.jpg

1. Simply reach out. Piglet reached out to Pooh and took his hand because he wanted assurance of love, attention, and affection. Physically reaching out to your partner can take you out of your comfort zone and improve your relationships. Reaching out does make you vulnerable to rejection but it also brings you out from behind your walls. Simply hugging or kissing to say "I love you" can improve your relationships.

2. Take action. Don't wait for your lover, sister, or mother to reach out to you. Improve your relationships by dropping your pride, being honest, and telling them what you need. Piglet just wanted to know Pooh was there – maybe you need a similar reassurance, or something deeper. It doesn't matter; what matters is how you express your need when you're focused on improving your relationships. Say "I love you" by making the first move.

3. Experiment. You need to try new things to find out what works when you're thinking about improving your relationships. Maybe holding hands doesn't do it for you, but a fifteen minute walk or telephone conversation might. If you've never taken a class or meditated with your partner to improve your relationship, maybe you should consider it as a way to say I love you!

4. Make it daily. Improving your relationships involves discussions, ideas, new beginnings, old habits, sharing memories, making plans, spending time doing the mundane. Having a great relationship with anyone, even your brother or best friend or God, involves making a conscious choice every day.

5. Communicate. Piglet talked to Pooh – if you think it's hard to talk to your lover, try being a pig and talking to your best honey bear friend! Piglet called Pooh by name, and verbally shared his reason for reaching out. Improving your relationships requires good communication.

Keeping any relationship fresh and lively can be difficult – but improving your relationships can be as simple as sidling up and saying, "I just wanted to be sure of you." That's just another way to say I love you.

Actor Brad Pitt joins U.S. bid to host World Cup

Reuters NEW YORK (Reuters) - Actor Brad Pitt has added his name to the U.S. bid committee seeking to host the World Cup in 2018 or 2022, U.S. Soccer said on Wednesday.

"Soccer is a truly global sport and the opportunity to join the effort to have the U.S. host the world's greatest sporting event again is a great honor," Pitt said in a statement.
The United States, Australia, England, Russia and a pair of joint-bids from Belgium/Netherlands and Spain/Portugal are bidding to host the 2018 or 2022 World Cups with Qatar, Japan, and South Korea in the running to host the latter tournament.

Suing Toyota: A special report on the mounting litigation against Toyota

Dozens of lawsuits against Toyota Motor Corp. claiming unintended acceleration of its vehicles are moving along in state courts. Discovery in these cases could help plaintiffs’ counsel in the federal multidistrict litigation. Also in this special report: why federal enforcement of safety standards failed, how lobbyists for Toyota are scrambling to rebuild its image with lawmakers, and who the key players are in the ongoing litigation against Toyota. Plus our list of the lawsuits that have been filed so far.
Act 1 for Toyota
Toyota Motor Corp.'s legal problems aren't limited to the federal multidistrict litigation over unintended acceleration of its vehicles. Scores of lawsuits are working their way through state courts across the nation, and some of them could pave the road for the MDL.

Toyota troubles shielded by agency
Since 2003, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration opened — and closed — five investigations of sudden unintended acceleration in Toyota and Lexus vehicles before the automaker recalled about 6 million vehicles in the United States. Why didn't the agency take action on the earlier complaints?

Congress drafts stricter auto rules
Publicly, Congress has done little on the Toyota recalls since a series of tense hearings two months ago. Behind the scenes, however, Toyota Motor Corp. has been waging a lobbying campaign to rebuild its image.

Fellow travelers in Toyota MDL
The 26 lawyers appointed to steer the nationwide litigation against Toyota Motor Corp. have traveled down similar roads before, having obtained billion-dollar settlements in some of the nation's largest mass actions involving catastrophic automobile defects.

Stop Terrorism...

All too often we are reminded that terrorism continues to inflict pain and suffering on people’s lives all over the world. Almost no week goes by without an act of terrorism taking place somewhere in the world, indiscriminately affecting innocent people who just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Countering this scourge is in the interest of all nations and the issue has been on the agenda of the United Nations for decades.
Sixteen universal instruments (thirteen instruments and three amendments) against international terrorism have been elaborated within the framework of the United Nations system relating to specific terrorist activities. Member States through the General Assembly have been increasingly coordinating their counter-terrorism efforts and continuing their legal norm-setting work. The Security Council has also been active in countering terrorism through resolutions and by establishing several subsidiary bodies. At the same time a number of programmes, offices and agencies of the United Nations system have been engaged in specific activities against terrorism, further assisting Member States in their counter-terrorism efforts.
To consolidate and enhance these activities, Member States in September 2006 embarked upon a new phase in their counter-terrorism efforts by agreeing on a global strategy to counter terrorism. The Strategy marks the first time that all Member States of the United Nations have agreed to a common strategic and operational framework to fight terrorism. The Strategy forms a basis for a concrete plan of action: to address the conditions conducive to the spread of terrorism; to prevent and combat terrorism; to take measures to build state capacity to fight terrorism; to strengthen the role of the United Nations in combating terrorism; and to ensure the respect of human rights while countering terrorism. The Strategy builds on the unique consensus achieved by world leaders at their 2005 September Summit to condemn terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.

Updates

The General Assembly held its first review of the implementation of the Strategy on 4-5 September 2008 and adopted a resolution reaffirming its commitment to the Strategy and its implementation. As one of the inputs to this process, the Secretary-General has compiled a report on activities of the UN system in implementing the Strategy.

On 9 September 2008, the Secretary General convened the first ever global Symposium on Supporting Victims of Terrorism. A report summarizing the key themes and recommendations of the Symposium and a video summary have been produced and were released at a discussion with Victims, Member States, and NGOs on 18 March 2009.

In June 2009, the Secretary-General made initial arrangements to institutionalize the Task Force by establishing a CTITF-Secretariat in the Department of Political Affairs (DPA). CTITF aims to catalyze and mobilize counter-terrorism efforts of various UN system entities to assist Member States in implementing the Strategy.

Sermon for the Day...

Happy Sunday! Hope Y'all went to church. Well,  As funny as it may seem, I did go to church today and I'm back. For the sinners who didn't I have a question for Y'all.

If tonight you stood in heaven's court to seek eternal favor, would you face Jesus Christ as Judge or would you face him as your savior? There are many who don't quite know for sure what that verdict would be ever.... So let's imagine for a moment you are standing dead center in the court room of Forever...

Think.... Sitting before you is a counter, massive and intense, its here your fate will be determined before this Judges' bench, then a voice booms this court is now in session and your adrenaline starts to rush peering down with eyes that see through your soul is God the father, your Judge...

Then off to your left across the room is the virtual Sullivan of sin, stepping out of shadows of condemnation, you worse nightmare walks in, on his face is the smirk of evil incarnate, his mind fixed on your destruction in hell, you've just been introduced to your prosecuting attorney non other than satan himself...

The Bible says he's the accuser of the brethren so guess what he's gon' do... He's gonna accuse you of your sins and he knows them all, both the old ones and the new, He's prepared his case for years and now the golden moment is his so in arrogance he presents his case to the judge and it comes out sounding like this...

"God you see this worthless piece of thrash over here, this one's a sinner to the core, this one has committed adultery, cursed his neighbor, stolen money, been drugs, alcohol and even more. This hopeless wretch has even slandered friends and by the guilty face this whole court room can tell that to a moral certainty and beyond every reasonable doubt, this one deserves eternal judgment in hell"

The words of accusation still echo, your evey sin thrown up in your face, God opens the book where every deed is recorded and says "Now let's see what this book has to say" Then God says "The book says you did this, this and this and every other thing you were accused of today, now before I sentence you to hell forever, are there any last words you have to say?"

With God to your front and satan the prosecutor to your left, there's one frusty truth remaining, one we should never ever ever forget... there on the other side of the court room is the one and only son of God revealed in time and space, Now He is your defence attorney who has never lost a case, He's not Buddha Mohhamed or krishna, or any other who succumbed to death, Ladies and gentle men on the other side of the court room is Jesus christ Of Nazareth...

Then Jesus jumps up and says  "Now wait a minute Judge, I've got something to say, may I remind you that on a cross two thousand years ago I washed his sins away, I was crucified, I died and was buried and long about the mid night hour the power of God hit me and I walked out of that grave... Alive and well with resurrection power..."

And the devil says "Its written in the book it's in the book, check the book" and God says "OK" God lifts the book and says now lets see what this book has to say" God turns to the first page the second page, the third page and by the fourth the devil seemed shook, God closes it and says "The Blood of Jesus must have worked cause there's absolutely nothing in this book"

The devil says "wait a minute check that book again, all his sins are written down, they're all right there" God says "Devil maybe you're mistaking altogether, maybe its this other book right here" and the devil cries "No not that book, not that one" and God says "Devil why are you so uptight?" And God lifts the book and the dust flies and on the cover its written "THE LAMB'S BOOK OF LIFE"

The question is... Is your name in that book? Think....

Help the Needy

Hello once again. La Frusty is here again to say something very important.
I am not here to tell you stories, the truth is that I am human just like you and humans need sympathy. Just like the kind of sympathy I had on a patient today. I actually took her to the hospital to take her dose of injection for the day. Think about this... What would have happened if I didn't take her to the hospital? may be things would have gotten really ugly...

What am I saying in essence? We all heard about the disaster in Haiti. Frusty has made his own contributions to them. Please in whatever way you can, please help them. If you can send cash, materials or your prayers please do, and God will not forget you. Just do the right thing...
